Maintenance

Yes, our community offers on-site maintenance and our team is available 24/7 for emergency repairs.

For repair requests, please submit a work order through the RentCafe Resident Portal. Our team will review your request and schedule the necessary repair as soon as possible.

Maintenance requests are addressed on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of emergencies, which receive immediate attention. Residents can submit service requests through the RentCafe Resident Portal, and our team will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

No, you do not need to be present. With your permission, our maintenance team can access your unit during business hours to complete the requested repairs. If you are not present, we ask that you secure any pets for the safety of our staff.

If you are locked out during office hours, please visit the leasing office and we will be happy to provide you with a key. Afterhours, you will need to contact a locksmith to gain access to your unit.

Yes! You are welcome to decorate your apartment without penalty as long as it does not cause damage to your apartment.

We offer free off-street uncovered parking for our tenants, street parking is also available for free.

Amenities

Our property offers free off street parking, bike storage, clothes care centers and on site maintenance.

There are no washer dryer hookups in unit, but we offer app based communal laundry throughout the property.

Yes! Our community is pet friendly.

There is a $300 refundable pet deposit and $35/month of pet rent per pet, limit two pets.

Yes, breed restrictions apply, please contact the office for details.

No, we do not have a fenced in dog run but there are grassy areas and pet stations around the community tenants are welcome to use.

Standard appliances include a dishwasher, electric range, wall A/C and refrigerator. There is a shared laundry facility in both buildings.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Yes, we offer short term leases, contact the office for more details.

Yes we offer corporate leases. Contact the leasing team for more information.

We will hold tenant packages for up to three weeks.

Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM, and there are no fees to use common areas.

Although appointments are preferred, we can generally take walk-ins during office hours. We also offer a self-touring option through Rently.

Yes, you are required to purchase renters insurance with a minimum $100,000 liability. You may purchase your own or be automatically enrolled in RLL coverage.

Yes, RTD services the area with bus stations located nearby.

Golden Arms is located a short distance from popular shopping and entertainment districts and next door to a complex including King Soopers grocery. We are also a short drive to the School of Mines and Red Rocks Community College.

Golden Arms is located in the Jeffco school district, close to Shelton Elementary, Bell Middle School and Golden High School.

Golden Arms is across the street from dog friendly Ulysses Park, 8th street dog park is located close to downtown about a seven minute drive.

South Table Mountain park is located a 3 minute drive from Golden Arms and offers scenic biking and hiking opportunities. There are numerous other bike friendly trailheads located a short drive to the edge of town including Apex Park Trail and Chimney Gulch.

Golden Arms is located less than ten minutes from Colorado Mills Mall, along with plenty of local shops in the nearby area.

Starbucks Coffee is located across the street from the complex, a local option SOGO Beans and Boards is also located a short 2 minute drive.
